NEW LOCATION MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27th
620 Howard Avenue, Suite 3F — To find our new location, follow Howard Avenue in front of the hospital to 4th Street. Turn left on 4th street - go to Willow Avenue and make a left on Willow and travel up the hill. At the top of the hill, make an immediate left into our parking lot. We are in the same lot as the old heliport, the same building as Dr. Anastasi (he is in 7F). There is a sign for our building in the parking lot. We are in office #3F, the previous behavioral health area.

Directions to our Office
We are located at the Altoona Hospital Campus - Take 4th Street by the hospital to Willow Avenue. Turn left on Willow, go to the top of the hill, bear left into the parking lot. Patients will see signs "Reserved for Surgical Patients" immediately outside our entrance.
